How soon are the orders shipped?
All orders are shipped within 24 hours.

What shipping method do you use?
We ship the orders via the United States Postal Service first class mail.

What are the shipping costs?
We do not charge any additional amount for shipping through the Post Office for orders shipped within the United States. If you would like your order shipped through another carrier (UPS, FEDEX, etc), there would be an additional charge. Anyone shipping an order outside the United States will be responsible for all shipping charges.

What should I have printed on the Pet ID Tags?
On your pet tags we recommend you include your pet's name and your phone number(s). This is generally the best way to get your pet back. If you require more information than this we can accomodate your needs.

Do you have special rates for dog or cat rescue groups?
