This is a 3/8" wide adjustable safety collar for cats. These are designed with a piece of elastic sewn to the nylon to allow your cat to slip out of the collar if he gets the collar caught on something. We use a convenient "slide" buckle with this collar because it allows you to put the collar on fast and once it is in place, the nylon does not slip through the buckle. They are 15" long and if you need to shorten the length, simply cut the nylon and burn the end with a lighter. This collar is available in plain or jeweled. However, if your cat tends to scratch at it's collar, we do not recommend the jeweled collar, as the cat's small claws could get caught on the jewels. The jeweled collars still have the elastic sewn in for safety.
